Trump UNLOADS after Letitia James busted for "falsified records" on her mortgage loan

James “appears to have falsified records to meet certain lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms”

The Trump administration has referred New York Attorney General Letitia James for potential prosecution, alleging she falsified records to secure a mortgage, according to a letter obtained by the New York Post.

Bill Pulte, head of the Department of Government Efficiency, sent the referral to the Justice Department, claiming James “appears to have falsified records to meet certain lending requirements and receive favorable loan terms” for a $218,780 mortgage on a Virginia home in August 2023. The allegations stem from media reports and were amplified by President Donald Trump, who called James “a totally corrupt politician” on Truth Social, demanding her resignation.

James’ office denied the accusations, labeling the referral a “baseless political attack” by the Trump administration. A spokesperson emphasized James’ focus on protecting New Yorkers, stating, “This Administration weaponizes the federal government against the rule of law and the Constitution.”

The referral follows James’ high-profile civil fraud case against Trump, which resulted in a $454 million judgment for inflating property values. Critics, including former federal prosecutor Renato Mariotti, called the move “blatantly political,” noting its timing weeks before James’ case against Trump.

Karmelo Anthony returns to $900k house (with a new SUV) after bond for Metcalf murder charge was cut for “financial difficulties”

Karmelo Anthony, a 17-year-old charged with fatally stabbing high school football star Austin Metcalf, is living in a $900,000 home in a gated Frisco community and has purchased a new SUV after his release on bond, the Daily Mail reported.

Anthony, who allegedly killed Metcalf, also 17, during a dispute over a seat at a track meet on April 2, was freed from Collin County Jail on April 14 after a judge reduced his bond from $1 million to $250,000. Despite claiming financial hardship to secure the lower bond, Anthony is residing in the upscale Richwoods community and recently acquired a new vehicle, according to the report.

“It’s unclear how long Anthony and his family have lived at the home,” the Daily Mail noted, adding that Anthony is under house arrest with an ankle monitor. His attorney, Mike Howard, defended the living arrangement, stating, “Given that Karmelo has no prior criminal history … $1 million is not necessary.”

Anthony faces a first-degree murder charge but claims self-defense, alleging Metcalf initiated the altercation. The case has sparked controversy, with over $439,000 raised online for Anthony’s defense, while Metcalf’s family mourns the loss of the Memorial High School junior.

The Frisco community remains divided as Anthony awaits trial under strict bond conditions, including parental supervision and no contact with Metcalf’s family.

The Death of WOKE! - Supreme Court defines what a woman is (and it’s really clear)

Britain's Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that the terms “woman” and “sex” in the Equality Act 2010 refer to biological sex, not gender, in a landmark decision impacting transgender rights.

The unanimous ruling, led by Judge Lord Patrick Hodge, clarified that a person with a Gender Recognition Certificate identifying as female is not legally a woman under the equality law. “The definition of sex in the Equality Act 2010 makes clear that the concept of sex is binary, a person is either a woman or a man,” Hodge said.

The case, brought by For Women Scotland, challenged a Scottish law allowing trans women to fulfill gender quotas on public boards. The court’s decision reverses prior interpretations, ensuring single-sex spaces and services align with biological sex.

Gender-critical advocate Maya Forstater, chief executive of Sex Matters, hailed the ruling as the “death” of self-identification. “It has turned the Equality Act from confused to being clear,” she said.

The ruling could reshape access to women-only spaces, equal pay claims, and maternity policies across the UK. While transgender individuals retain protections against discrimination under the Equality Act, critics argue the decision may limit trans women’s rights in specific contexts.

The Labour government welcomed the clarity for hospitals, refuges, and sports clubs, affirming protections for single-sex spaces. Trans rights groups expressed concern, fearing increased discrimination.

The Death of WOKE! (PART 2) - Hungary passes new constitutional amendment - “The mother shall be a woman; the father shall be a man.”

Hungary’s parliament passed a constitutional amendment Monday recognizing only two genders, male and female, in a move Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said protects children and counters “international gender networks.” The amendment, adopted with 140 votes in favor and 21 against, specifies that a person’s sex is determined at birth and remains unchanged throughout life.

The changes, proposed by the ruling Fidesz-KDNP coalition, define marriage as a “union of one man and one woman” and family ties as based on marriage or parent-child relationships, stating, “The mother shall be a woman; the father shall be a man.” The amendment also bans public LGBTQ+ events and prioritizes children’s moral and spiritual development.

Orbán declared, “The international gender network must take its hands off our children,” referencing U.S. President Donald Trump’s rollback of diversity policies as a favorable shift. The move has drawn criticism from opposition lawmakers and EU officials, who argue it undermines LGBTQ+ rights and EU values. The European Commission has previously challenged Hungary’s gender policies, freezing funds over alleged rights violations.

Protests erupted outside parliament, with opposition members using air horns to disrupt proceedings. Critics, including Amnesty Hungary’s David Vig, called it “a dark day for Hungary’s LGBTQ community and human rights.” The amendment follows Hungary’s 2020 abolition of transgender legal recognition and 2021 restrictions on LGBTQ+ content in media and education.
