BREAKING: BLM protests erupt after Daniel Penny innocent verdict

"We need some black vigilantes!!"

Fights break out at NYC courthouse

Chaos erupted outside the Manhattan courthouse, Monday, where Daniel Penny was found innocent after killing Jordan Neely, a black man, on the subway with a chokehold.

Black Lives Matter protesters filled the streets sporting signs and chanting. Some pushing and screaming matches were caught on video and posted to X.

BLM activist and leader Hawk Newsome gave a speech, where he called for “black vigilantes” to take action in response to the verdict.

“People wanna jump up and choke us, and kill us, for being loud?!! How about we do the same…” Newsome said to the crowd.

Jurors acquitted Penny of criminally negligent homicide and manslaughter. He reportedly cracked a big smile and hugged his lawyer immediately following the verdict. BLM protesters could be heard yelling at him as he exited, “racist f***ing country!!” and “It’s a small world buddy!” the New York Post reported.

The acquittal came after 40 witnesses recounted their experience of Jordan Neely threatening subway passengers in a belligerent and unpredictable manor, before Penny stepped in to subdue him.

“(Neely) scared the living daylights out of everybody,” one witness said.

CEO shooting suspect identified as 26-year-old Ivy League “anti-capitalist”

The suspected shooter in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has been identified as 26-year-old former Ivy League student Luigi Mangione, according to police.

Mangione was taken into custody Monday morning while eating at a McDonalds. He reportedly had a vendetta against the medical industry for how it treated a relative of his, sources said. He left a 2 page-long manifesto and interacted with online quotes from the “Unabomber,” Ted Kaczynski.

Mangione reportedly subscribed to anti-capitalist and climate-change causes.

A gun matching the description of the one used in the street-side killing was found in Mangione’s possession by law enforcement.
